大连凯宾斯基饭店

这个酒店分2个楼一个是园景楼和贵宾楼，园景楼其实就是4星标准。 贵宾楼才是五星标准。。卫生条件很不错。装修很有档次。很新。就是价格贵了一点。。吃饭很贵。。整体来说还不错吧。。。可以免费游泳（必须带泳帽）、健身（必须运动鞋）、洗浴怕脏可以选择这里。。位置也不错。。

第一次住这家酒店，感觉还不错。因为想看一下房型，以便下次选择，前台就安排一行李员带我看了几间房，介绍得很详细。其它服务也挺认真的，加订早餐时特别提醒我核对我同事的房号。

A very terrible experance I checked in on June 22 and for 2 days, the charge 724 RMB per day. The front desks clerk told me that I am getting a "HIGH and GOOD VIEW" room, in reality, I got room #825. I was told there was no other room left. I been stay in 5 star hotels many times, this one is truly rediculous, I honestly believe they not even quality for 4 star. 1st, the bath roomis small has only shower, everything is old and no service at all. In addition, the construction noice was so loud from 8:00 am, how can I rest? Last and not least, every time when the hotel personnal give me the change, (currency exchange, and return of my unsed balance) they always shaort of 10 or 20 RMB. I don't understand is this because of careless or ... (don't forget they are 100% short of giving me the money)

我认为它比北京的凯宾斯基要差很多。我两天连续升房到商务套间，但是地毯很脏，套房卧室很小，有一晚空调还不制冷。酒店里很多苍蝇。酒店大堂下午居然没有空调，再加上48元一杯的绿茶（不含服务费），我实在觉得很差。早餐品种很少，我忘记了价格，可能是98或者148但实在是可怜。唯一值得推荐的是它的甜品屋，非常小但是蛋糕非常好吃。

位置不错，对面就是劳动公园，附近有大超市，地下有德国酒吧餐厅，早餐不错，房间很好，就是卫生间小了点，地面渗水，不过总体不错

很满意的，不错的选择！！

Primary location in down town Dalian shopping area near the central train station. 20RMB Taxi to the beach park, 25min ride to the aiport. Newer room with excellent ventilation system, fresh and quite! It offers a good value in Dalian

礼宾部的小伙子们都非常帅，而且对所有的女生都称呼位女士，不叫小姐。园景楼确实没有贵宾楼装修得好。浴室设计的不太合理，洗澡水非常容易渗出来。

这次住的是套房,虽然是大了,但是一点都不实用,厕所的淋浴房都漏水,设计的不人性化,第二天换了间普通房,可还是碰到同样的情况,真实糟糕啊.装修的太差劲了.

地点好,设施新,非常舒适,唯一缺点:浴室的花洒位置不对,洗澡不方便.还有,门向外开有撞倒别人的危险
